The current ShoreTel ranking for its "Cirlce of Excellence" has Gregg Communications ranked as the number 10 Partner Worldwide. The "Circle of Excellence" combines Customer Satisfaction scores along with the purchases a Partner makes from ShoreTel.

ShoreTel was recently recognized by 2010 CRN as the Networking Vendor of the Year. The award is widely recognized as the UK’s most prestigious IT industry award. 

After experiencing over 20 inches of snowfall in the Chicago area yesterday, the Chicago Tribune ran an article this morning extolling the virtues of the latest technology, which enabled many companies to eliminate the need for setting up cots in their offices, and requiring their employees to spend the night away from home and their families, at a time when they really might have been needed at home.
